Jon Gosselin Empties Kate’s Bank Account

What started out as some condescending name-calling (on her part), affairs with trashy women (on his), and angry interviews (a seemingly fun activity for both), has devolved into something we call overzealous use of the ex’s money (when we want to sound nice) or outright theft (when we don’t).
We refer, of course, to Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin, their messy separation, and the latest allegations of wrong-doing being made public. Specifically, Radar Online reports that Jon recently emptied all but $1000 from the joint bank account he shares with Kate.
How much money would that be? We don’t know the exact figures, but we do know it’s a lot. By Jon’s own admission on the Larry King Show on October 1, he made $1 million before taxes during the last season of Jon & Kate Plus 8, and $500,000 after. Jon & Kate & The $10 Million Dollar Divorce
Then, of course, there are all the profits from the couple’s side projects (books, public appearances, etc.), not to mention the presumed residuals from past seasons of the show and current DVD sales.
Fortunately for the kids, Radar reports that another bank account set up for them has not been touched.

It’s Official: Christina Milian & Hubby Expecting

Two and a half months ago, a friend of Christina Milian’s spilled the beans that the R&B singer was engaged to marry Grammy-nominated producer The Dream (aka Terius Hagert Youngdell Nash).

And last night, Christina confirmed to People what a lot of fans have suspected for a while: that the wedding might very well have been of the shotgun variety.
"My husband and I are expecting," she told the magazine. "We’re about four and a half months along, about nineteen weeks." Pregnancy Makes Women Smarter
But despite appearances suggesting otherwise, Christina insists that the pregnancy was not unexpected. "Honestly, it was kind of planned. We were engaged for many months."
How many months? Three? Four? Four and a half?
Christina didn’t say.
She did, however, say that she knows the gender of the baby but isn’t telling.
And she shares something we always like to hear when a baby is on the way: "We’re really excited."

Jaime Pressly Ties The Knot

We want to be happy for Jaime Pressly. Honestly we do. Getting married, after all, is a huge day in anyone’s life. It’s the first step toward a very big commitment. It’s the basis of a million shows on WE.
Nonetheless, we can’t help but feel a little bit skeptical about Jaime’s Malibu nuptials on Saturday night to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh. Why?
First, there’s the fact that the wedding happened so quickly. The Real Reason Behind Avril & Deryck’s Split

In the four days since Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley’s impending divorce was announced, speculations have flown about how things ended and why. Us Weekly blamed it all on Avril, saying that she: “forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,000-square-foot estate in LA’s Bel Air” and that Deryck “is crushed.” Deryck, on the MySpace page for his band, Sum 41, however, said: “Our decision to part ways is amicable and she holds a special place in my heart and forever will be a great and amazing friend.” Meanwhile, Avril, on her own website, said: “I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note.” Hmmm…who are we supposed to believe? Us Weekly, who was first to break the story, or the divorcing couple themselves, who sound sort of like they’re still in love?
